This exciting project consisted of selective demolition of an existing wing of what used to serve as the Headmaster House, new construction of a 1,130 square foot addition, and renovations to 2,360 square feet of existing space. The project successfully converted a residential home into a state of the art athletic facility to include a rowing room, weight training room, kitchenette, and boys and girls locker rooms with showers.
