This project has consisted of comprehensive land development and infrastructure improvements of approximately 211 acres of raw farmland, upon which we will be constructing approximately 32 commercial buildings over the next several years. This project has included extensive demolition of multiple dwellings and the safe handling and disposal of environmentally sensitive materials.
