Construction Completed

Fall of 2021

This Class A tilt-up style concrete flex building totals 70,000 square feet.  It features 28' 6" clear ceiling height, 20 dock height doors, and 7 drive in bay doors.  Complete with new ESFR sprinkler system and designed for another 70,000 square foot expansion.
