Construction Complete

New construction of a 150,000 square foot, fully conditioned distribution warehouse with an additional 40,000 square feet of attached office space.  Along with ground up construction of the building, the project also included all related sitework and infrastructure improvements. KRM Construction broke ground in June 2017, and the project was successfully completed, and turned over to the owner in May 2019.
