This Single Family Residence (3,221 Square Feet) was designed for four individuals with various disabilities requiring them to utilize a wheelchair for independent living.  As a result of the various disabilities inflicting these individuals, they do not possess the means to afford accommodations including housing and transportation.  The Chesterwye and Queen Anne's County collaborated to fund and maintain this new residence to allow for four individuals to reside independently within a permanent home.
